Step 2: We Plan the Vibe
Once you’re booked, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to get to know your crew. You’ll get a curated list of dreamy Charlotte location options (or you can choose your own special spot) + outfit ideas and inspo that help you feel confident and cute. Want styling done for you? I’ve got you.
Step 3: Session Day = Basically a Playdate
We’ll start with one classic “everyone look at me and smile” photo, then shift into what really matters—connection. I’ll guide you with simple, playful prompts that bring out genuine laughs, hugs, and in-between moments. Think more candid, less posed.
Step 4: The Wait (But It’s Worth It!)
Around 3 weeks later, your gallery arrives – cue the happy tears and late-night scrolling! You’ll pick your favorites and can even turn them into albums or wall art to enjoy every day.

The best time for fall family photos in Charlotte is during golden hour (about an hour before sunset) between late September and early November. This is when the light is soft, we get that beautiful golden glow and the leaves are showing off! I recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
